How to Return an Item

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these three steps:

Contact Us Email service@houstonget.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Get Return Address We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and packing instructions.

Ship It Back Pack the item securely in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and send it off.

Return shipping cost: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping is free of charge. If you're returning for another reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 14 days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's done.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the amount to appear on your statement.

For defective or damaged items, we offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice. Just send us photos of the issue and we'll take care of the rest.
