We ship to customers across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and beyond. No matter where you are, we're committed to getting your order to you safely.
Please note: International orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
For EU and UK customers: Estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. Unless stated otherwise, deliveries will be completed within 30 days of order acceptance. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first — then contact us and we'll look into it right away.
If you're not home when your package arrives, the carrier will typically attempt re-delivery the next business day, or leave a notice with instructions to schedule a new delivery time.
In some cases, you may need to collect the parcel from your local post office or pickup point. Check the delivery notice or your tracking link for specific instructions from the carrier.
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance for international shipments.
